Partners Terms and Condition
Welcome to the Eki Co-Net Partner Program! Before proceeding with your application, please carefully read and understand the terms and conditions outlined below:
1. SALES INTERNS:
Interns are not expected to make any security deposits. 10% commission is earned based on a minimum sale of 5 digital Cards/Wristband at the company’s valued price. Total amount of 10% payable will be equivalent to a minimum of 5 product sales.
2. INDEPENDENT USERS:
Are expected to make security deposits for Card/Wristband
purchases at the company valuation – 30,000/20,000 naira respectively.

3. RESELLERS (1 – 10 Products):
5% discount on each product sales not more than 30,000/20,000 naira per card/Wristband respectively. For example:(30,000×1×5%).
Sales higher than the company’s cap price of 50,000 naira is eligible to no commission after sales, only reimbursement of profit from the company.
4. DISTRIBUTORS:
- Professional Package: Security deposits of (20- 30 products)Discount rate on each product is 15% 15% discount on
total sales not more than 50,000 naira for card/Wristband respectively. For example: (50,000×25×15%).
• Master Package: Security deposits of (31 – 50 products).Discount
rate on each product is 20%.20% discount on total sales not more
than 50,000 naira for card/Wristband respectively. For example:
(50,000×35×20%).
• Elite Package: Security deposits of (55 products and above).Discount rate on each product is 25%. 25% discount on
total sales not more than 50,000 naira per card/Wristband
respectively. For example: (50,000×55×25%).
Sales higher than the company’s cap price of 50,000 naira is eligible to no commission after sales, only reimbursement of profit from the company.
5. FREELANCERS:
Referrals: Referrers earn monthly based on the number of referrals they bring into the company. For every 100 accounts sign up/registration on Co-Net, you will be compensated with #20,000,payable at the end of the month. Referrers sign up with referral link of up to 100 persons qualifies you for a 20% commission on total card sales. For example:(30,000×100×20%).Has a 20% discount on every digital smart wristband Are licensed to employ marketer.
6. Micro-Influencers:
Influencers are not expected to make any security deposits.
Commission is earned based on the sale of digital cards at 5%. The total amount payable will be equivalent to 5% of the total product sale, payable at the end of the month. Sign up with referral link of up to 200 persons qualifies you for a 25% commission on total card sales. For example:(30,000×200×25%.).
NB::All payments are to be made into the company’s official account for reimbursement purposes, data transparency and record tracking.
By submitting your application to become a certified partner of Eki Co-Net, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Eki Co-Net reserves the right to modify or terminate the Partner Program at any time without prior notice. Additionally, Eki Co-Net retains the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
