Why doesn't the tap feature work on all phones, except for newer iPhone models?

  • NFC Compatibility: Older phones, especially those made before 2010, typically do not support NFC (Near Field Communication). For these devices, you can use the QR code on your card instead. On newer phones, NFC might be turned off by default, so please ensure that it’s enabled to use the tap feature.

  • QR Code Alternative: Your card is also equipped with a QR code. If the swipe feature doesn’t work, simply scan the QR code with any QR code scanner app to access your details.

Do I need to charge my wristband?

No, the wristband operates without a battery, so there’s no need for charging.

Does the wristband work without an internet connection?

Yes, the wristband is designed to be easy to use on the go, without requiring an internet connection.

What happens if my wristband falls into water?

The wristband is water-resistant and durable, so it can handle exposure to water without damage.

Does the wristband come with a QR code?

The current version of our wristband allows you to share contact details and links with just a tap. We are working on upgrading it to include a QR code scan feature. For now, you can share your QR code directly from your phone for devices that are not NFC-enabled.
